Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and seller. These terms and conditions govern sales of Laneora products on laneora.com to customers in France, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom. 2. Prices. Prices are shown in euros or pounds sterling depending on the delivery country, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are free unless otherwise stated.

3. Order and payment. Payment is made by bank card or any other payment method offered at checkout. The order is validated once payment has been confirmed and is followed by a confirmation email.

4. Delivery. Each sofa is prepared to order then dispatched within 30 to 40 days. Delivery is free in France, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom, to the room of your choice. Full details are given on the Delivery page.

5. Right of cancellation and returns. In accordance with European Union law, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from receipt. Laneora extends this period: you have 30 days after delivery to return your product, without having to give a reason. The product must be returned complete and in good condition, in its original packaging if possible. Returns are free: we arrange collection. The refund is made within 14 days of collection of the product, to the original payment method.

6. Warranties. Products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects.
