Changing your mind is allowed. Here is how it works.
You have 30 days after delivery to return your sofa to us, without having to give a reason. The item must be complete and in good condition, in its original packaging if possible. Returns are free: we arrange collection from your home.
Write to us at contact@laneora.com quoting your order number. We arrange the collection and refund you within 14 days of recovering the product, to your original payment method.
In the event of a fault, contact us with a description and photos. We deal with your request within a few working days. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Your purchases are also covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity.
