1. Purpose and seller. These terms and conditions govern sales of Laneora products on laneora.com to customers in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom. 2. Prices. Prices are shown in euros or pounds sterling depending on the delivery country, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are free unless otherwise stated.
3. Order and payment. Payment is made by bank card or any other payment method offered at checkout. The order is validated once payment has been confirmed and is followed by a confirmation email.
4. Your sofa is shipped directly from the factory. Allow 30 to 40 calendar days from order confirmation to receipt, including preparation and transport. Delivery is free to France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Delivery
5. You have 30 days after receipt to notify us at contact@laneora.com that you wish to return the product, without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to send it back. If you change your mind, you pay the direct return costs, subject to prior information requirements. A specialist carrier may be necessary. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Return all items and accessories in suitable protective packaging. Original packaging is preferable but not mandatory. A compressed sofa does not need to be recompressed. Unpacking alone does not justify refusing a return. A justified, proportionate deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
We refund you using the original payment method within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Standard outward delivery charges are included when the entire order is returned; any premium delivery supplement is excluded.
6. Warranties. Products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects.

8. For complaints, first contact contact@laneora.com. Following an unsuccessful prior written complaint, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge, under the applicable conditions, to CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net. This does not limit access to the competent courts.
