Does the sofa arrive assembled?

Yes, ready to use. Open the box, let the foam regain its volume, settle in. No tools needed.

How long does it take to regain its shape?

Usable straight out of the box. The foam reaches its final shape and comfort in under 48 hours.

Does the packaging fit through lifts and narrow doorways?

Yes. Each module travels compressed in a compact box, designed for lifts, staircases and narrow doorways.

What is the delivery time?

Your sofa is shipped directly from the factory. Allow 30 to 40 calendar days from order confirmation to receipt, including preparation and transport. Delivery is free to France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

Is the foam comfortable?

Is the fabric easy to clean?

Removable covers, machine-washable at 30°. See our Care page for details.

Can I change my mind?

You have 30 days after receipt to notify us at contact@laneora.com that you wish to return the product, without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to send it back. If you change your mind, you pay the direct return costs, subject to prior information requirements. A specialist carrier may be necessary. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
