Yes, ready to use. Open the box, let the foam regain its volume, settle in. No tools needed.

How long does it take to regain its shape?

Usable straight out of the box. The foam reaches its final shape and comfort in under 48 hours.

Does the packaging fit through lifts and narrow doorways?

Yes. Each module travels compressed in a compact box, designed for lifts, staircases and narrow doorways.

What is the delivery time?

Each sofa is prepared to order then dispatched within 30 to 40 days. A precise date is given to you as soon as the order is confirmed. Delivery is to the room of your choice.

Is the foam comfortable?

High-density AirCore™ foam (35 kg/m³), both firm and enveloping, calibrated not to sag.

Is the fabric easy to clean?

Removable covers, machine-washable at 30°. See our Care page for details.

Can I change my mind?

Yes, you have 30 days after delivery to return the sofa to us. Returns are free.

What is the warranty?

Your purchases are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity.
